PRIME DESIGN.

Full service upscale Brazilian steakhouse offering Prime cuts of beef, chicken, lamb, sausage, and seafood options to its guests. The “Estância Experience” indulges guests in the unique culture of Brazil with the authentic cooking method of Churrasco. This style of preparing meats dates back for generations in Brazil and is kept alive at Estância.

CHALLENGE: Maintain profit margins for a small business competing with National size Brazilian steakhouses.

GOAL: Broaden customer base and retain existing customers with the implementation of new and diverse advertising campaigns and social media marketing.

SOLUTION: Developed, implemented, and executed strategic marketing plans with the goal of attracting potential customers and retaining existing ones. Responsible for all Creative/Art direction, graphic design, web design, social media, photography, videography, and editorial design. Through strategic marketing and successful design, this resulted in overcoming a global pandemic and turning a $5M business into an $11M business.

Estancia partnered with PRIME and sponsored the food for the Porsche & Realtors event. Attendants of the event were given dining reward cards for future visits to come back and dine with us again.

This pandemic affected all of us in different ways. We decided to do our part and give back to Austin, the community that has supported Estancia Brazilian Steakhouse for over 14 years. Estancia offered FREE MEALS for those in need and we proudly served 800+ meals to the community, and the community did not forget about us. This marketing campaign has resulted in Estancia thriving amid these uncertain times, and upon reopening, business has never been better!

 

WEB & GRAPHIC DESIGN.

 

Web design for Estancia Brazilian Steakhouse featuring the Home page, highlighting the authentic cultural of Churrasco and introduces the user to the Estancia Experience. Group Dining page featuring Estancia’s Direct Booking options for private and non-private group dining events. This allows the user to directly book their event from the webpage.

Pre pandemic, Estancia did not offer any take-out options. I designed and implemented the online ordering menu allowing the user to order directly from their desktop, tablet, or phone. Making the transition to offering take-out options allowed Estancia to grow its exposure, flourish and increase sales during a global pandemic. Through strategic implementation and marketing strategies, take-out has been such a huge success, it has now become a mainstay of their business model.
